Important Notice to Parents / Guardians

By attending this event and bringing children under the age of 7, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Parental Responsibility:
   You are fully responsible for the care, supervision, and safety of your child/children at all times during the event.
2. No Cruise Stop Policy:
   Once the cruise departs, it will not stop or return to dock under any circumstances unless there is a medical or life-threatening emergency.
3. Event Conditions:
   This is an adult-oriented Diwali celebration with DJ, entertainment, and Diwali-themed activities. While Dreamwave Entertainment welcomes families, we do not provide childcare or supervision for young children.
4. Risk Acknowledgment:
   You accept that bringing young children on board is at your own risk and responsibility. The organisers will not be liable for any incident, injury, or discomfort that may occur as a result of your child’s attendance.
5. Management of Children:
   Parents/guardians must ensure their children remain under control and safe throughout the event.
6. Waiver of Liability:
   By signing this form, you release and discharge Dreamwave Entertainment, its directors, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your child’s participation in the event.
